Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each item is made based on the details selected or provided at checkout. Please review all product details, sizing, spelling, customization, colors, and order information carefully before submitting your order.

Damages, Defects, or Order Issues

We take pride in the quality of our work and want every order to match what was advertised and purchased.

If your item arrives with a defect in craftsmanship, damage, or if the order you receive does not match what was advertised or ordered, please contact us at info@themcneillbrand.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us review the concern, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the item received
  • A clear description of the issue

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing, color preference, change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-provided errors.

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, we will notify you after reviewing the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
